SCAMMERS ***STAY AWAY *** They give you a quote then quality assurance calls to verify inventory. The movers will tell you that you ran out of space and will charge you DOUBLE. I had less stuff than what was verified by QA and still had to come up with 3k in cash to pay the driver otherwise they wouldn’t deliver my stuff.

They ran out of packing material for the tvs, had to use my bubble wrap and a golf mat.

The movers were 20 y/o. One of the movers asked to use the bathroom as soon as they arrived (he was in there for a good 30 minutes and kept going back very often) he looked stoned. I was very concerned with my stuff.

MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED.

If you want a moving company that hires out their move they claim they do all on their own for you, to be run by a group of 18-21 year old boys who openly talk about having sex with women around your children and family and also are lazy and break over half of your belongings.. this is your company! The owner of this company “Chris Knowles” is also a terrible business man. They broke half of our belongings and ghosted us for a week when brought to their attention the horrible job that we paid $12,000 for. They did not provide their own moving supplies which resulted in us having to pack half of our own things as they were too lazy. They make you sign a contract stating all belongings are off the truck and you are satisfied with everything before they unload your items. This results in a lack of being able to dispute to file against them. They threatened to hold our items hostage if we did not sign the paper stating it was all good before we ever even saw. I documented over 50 things they broke. Things of value. Of importance to our family. They threw stuff in a box and did not wrap breakable items. Sheer laziness. When we disputed a small fraction of this move with our bank due to no communication from Mr. Ben on how to get reimbursed they only then started to communicate. Not communicate like a businessman who never reached out to ask what went wrong with the movers etc. but we got Christopher Knowles calling us screaming at us, demanding me drop our dispute. Calling my husband a pussy, going as far as saying “you better drop the dispute now and send me proof or your kids, your wife and family will regret it” also as far as to look up our new home online and call and harass and tell us “your new home looks really nice” after threatening us. We recorded all of his threats and they did not stop there. He insisted on harassing us via text messages with threats and complete unprofessional behavior. I would not touch this Company or any other he owns such as top moving solutions or true friends moving. Save yourself. I wish we would have looked at their terrible reviews before our journey.

[[[[[[[Moving Solutions and Mr Mac Kather are telling lies. I originally paid Moving Solutions on 9/27/2023. After that on 9/29/2023, two days later, We called and talked to Mr Mac Kather, At that time I requested a refund from Moving Solutions. Mr Kather stated, at that time the refund would be here to me in 7 to 10 business days.]]]]]] We, my wife and I waited for over two weeks for the refund and it never showed up. I called their office and was told again it was on the way. Later when it didn't show up, I called again. This time I was told by Laurie we needed to send a letter by email to get our money back. So on I sent an email on 10/16/2023 requesting a refund and now I am being told through your office that I am not eligible for a refund.

The reason I was requesting a refund on 9/29/2023 is because I thought their company was a brokerage and not an actual moving company. I found out later they were a moving company and not a brokerage. Mr Kather, when we originally spoke to him assured my wife and I that we could get a refund up until a week before our move. We had established with Mr Kather and Moving Solutions we were not moving until 5/31/2024. Now, Moving Solutions has changed their story and is telling us in order to get a refund " he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". We have been lied to on several occasions by Mr Kather and Moving Solutions while they continue to hold on to our $1943.33.

Three times we were told by Moving Solutions that we were getting a refund only to find they never intended to refund us. Its a shame how this company is doing business. They are in the wrong and they know they are. Oh by the way there is nothing in their contract that states "he needed to do that within 72 hours of booking to avoid financial penalty". What a horrible way to do business.

Worst Company ever!!! They are a scam company. They quote you one price and then try to scam you into another price. They then hold your items hostage so you have to pay. Steve (not sure of his position) is a complete jerk. (can't use the word I want. Starts with A ends with hole). As for the customer service department they are completely clueless. All they do is read from a script over and over again. They will not answer your questions. As for their sales person I talked to and booked everything through, he is non existence

now and will not answer your calls.I have called over 10 times and all it does is go to voice mail. If I could have given a Negative Star rating I would. Do not under any circumstances use this company. SCAM SCAM

They don't how to pack, the people they send can't understand or speak English. Not professional at all. If you are thinking of using this company do not. You have been warned. Worst experience ever. Again DO NOT USE. I cannot express how bad they are. Please please do not use.

When I found out I had to move for work, I hardly had time to plan the move. Everything seemed too much to handle when I thought about having to pack, move, and unpack everything by myself. The moving company was completely in charge; they painstakingly packed all of my possessions and dismantled large pieces of furniture. They were cordial, quick, and ready. I had no trouble unpacking in my new house because they had placed all of the items just where I needed them. Moving has never been less of a hassle for me than this one.
