Overall, the move went smoothly, and I'll definitely call them again.

Beware Unprofessional Company

First off, they took their sweet time, moving like snails while chatting and texting on their phones. I had to remind them multiple times to actually, you know, WORK. One of them knocked over a lamp and just said, “Oops.” No apology. They also left all the heavy boxes in the middle of the living room instead of putting them in the correct rooms as I labeled them. When I called customer service, they just said, “We’ll look into it.” That was two months ago.
